We’re proud to be acknowledged for our work with Reward Hospitality, where we delivered a full infrastructure modernisation to support the company’s rapid expansion across 27 sites in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Delivering infrastructure built for growth
Reward Hospitality’s legacy MPLS network and outdated infrastructure were slowing down new site rollouts and creating operational risk. With limited internal capacity to innovate, the business needed a scalable, secure foundation to support continued growth.
RES was engaged to lead the modernisation, delivering:
- A full migration to Microsoft Azure, providing improved reliability and robust disaster recovery.
- A Fortinet SD-WAN solution to replace MPLS, reducing onboarding time for new sites from months to weeks and lowering connectivity costs.
- A Zero Trust security framework, with identity-based access controls and Microsoft Defender deployed across all endpoints.
- A phased rollout across 27 sites, planned to minimise disruption while supporting acquisitions and changing timelines.
- Improved access to core systems for distributed staff, ensuring secure, consistent connectivity across regions.
