It’s been an exciting awards season for RES. Business IT, with the team receiving five finalist nominations across the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards and the 2026 CRN Australia Channel Awards.
The nominations recognise key capabilities across the RES business, including security, managed services and customer delivery, as well as the contribution of its people.
RES has been named a finalist in three categories at the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards:
- Security Partner of the Year
- Managed Services Partner of the Year
- Business Leader of the Year – Ben Hopper
The team has also been named a finalist in two categories at the 2026 CRN Australia Channel Awards:
- MSP of the Year – 0–49 employees
- Role Model of the Year – Ben Hopper
Two of the finalist nominations recognise customer projects delivered by RES. One project focused on enhancing security capabilities for a customer, while another involved the design and management of a Microsoft Azure platform for e2m that improved reliability, remote access and scalability.
The two nominations for RES Managing Director Ben Hopper reflect his contribution to the continued growth of the business, its team culture and the standards RES brings to customer delivery.
“I’m really proud of the whole RES team. These nominations reflect the way our people show up for each other and for our customers every day. A lot of care, expertise and hard work goes into delivering the right outcomes, and it means a great deal to see the team’s contribution recognised across both award programs,” Ben said.
The team looks forward to attending both awards events later this year.
One of the projects recognised in this year’s finalist nominations was RES’s work with e2m. Read the case study to see how RES helped e2m move to a more resilient, scalable cloud environment.
