RES achieves Microsoft’s Support Services designation 

RES. Business IT has achieved Microsoft’s recently introduced Support Services designation, recognising the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer support, service quality and customer outcomes.

The designation builds on RES’s existing Microsoft capabilities across Modern Work, Infrastructure, Azure and Security, further strengthening its ability to support organisations throughout every stage of their technology journey.

Unlike many Microsoft partner recognitions, which focus on technical capabilities and solution delivery, the Support Services designation acknowledges the critical role ongoing support plays in helping organisations maximise the value of their technology investments.

As businesses continue to invest in cloud, security and modern workplace technologies, the challenge is no longer simply deploying technology. Increasingly, organisations are focused on ensuring those environments remain secure, optimised and effectively supported over the long term.
